Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial at Solo-level limits — no card, no commitment. Subscribe only when it's earning its keep.

What counts against my monthly extractions?

Only schedule-sheet extractions (the AI reads of dense schedule tables). Plan-view pages, linework measurement, sheet-note harvesting, text search, and every export are always free.

I have a beta access code — what does it get me?

Beta codes grant complimentary time-boxed access to the same product on this page — nothing is held back. Redeem yours in Settings → Billing after signing up.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, change seats, or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Annual billing saves roughly two months.

Is my data shared with other companies?

Never in raw form. Your documents and quotes are visible only to your organization (enforced at the database layer). Market intelligence is built exclusively from lagged, aggregated statistics with minimum sample-size guards.
